Root Canal Treatment Procedure
During the procedure, our qualified dental professionals carefully remove the infected or inflamed pulp from the tooth. The pulp is the soft tissue inside the tooth that contains nerves and blood vessels. Once the pulp is removed, the inside of the tooth is cleaned, disinfected, and filled with a special material to seal the space. This helps to prevent further infection or damage to the tooth.
After the root canal treatment is complete, we typically recommend that the tooth be restored with a dental crown to provide additional protection and strength.
